Privacy Policy for Saudipoker.com
Last updated November 2026
This privacy policy explains what data Saudipoker collects, why we collect it, and what rights you hold over it. It covers saudipoker.com and its subdomains, in both the English and Arabic editions.
Scope note, because it matters here: we are an editorial and affiliate review site. We do not operate gambling services, hold player funds, or run gaming accounts. What follows governs only this website.
We have tried to write this in plain language. Where a detail is unclear, our contact page reaches us faster than a lawyer does.
What we collect
Three categories, with the reasons for each:
- What you send us. If you email or use a contact form, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the message contents. That is used to reply, to correct the record when you have flagged an error, and for nothing else. Please avoid sending gambling account documents or identity papers by mail; we rarely need them and keep nothing we do not need.
- What the site records automatically. Server and analytics data: pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate region, referring page, and truncated IP addresses in logs. Purpose: keeping the site secure and improving which content we publish next. This data is aggregated for reporting; it is not joined to a marketing profile.
- Outbound affiliate clicks. When you click a link to an operator, the operator and the affiliate network record the referral. If you then register or deposit there, the network may credit that event to us for commission. Those interactions happen entirely on the operator's systems and under the operator's privacy policy. What normally reaches us is aggregate reporting: click counts, signups, commission totals. Not identities.
Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies keep the site working: session state and your language and consent choices.
- Analytics (none enabled yet (privacy-first), hosted by static build — no origin app runtime) measure page views and reading depth in aggregate.
- Affiliate click tracking uses cookies or similar identifiers set by the commerce networks themselves, with windows they define, so a signup can be credited days later. Their cookies, their retention, their policies.
- Advertising networks that build individual profiles: none run on this site today. If that ever changes, this section and the consent banner will say so first.
Your controls are ordinary ones: the cookie banner on first visit, your browser's cookie and tracking settings, and analytics opt-outs where the tool offers them. Blocking analytics cookies will not degrade this site; blocking essential ones will make it behave oddly.
How we earn money (affiliate disclosure)
Commission is how Saudipoker is funded. When a reader signs up to an operator through our links, the operator may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Two commitments sit next to that money: scores are decided by our published test criteria before commercial terms are ever discussed, and any sponsored placement is labelled on the page itself. The full picture is on our about page.
Legal bases and jurisdiction
This site is read worldwide, including from countries with their own data protection regimes. Where such a law applies to our processing, we rely on consent (analytics, newsletters) and legitimate interest (site security, aggregate measurement) as the basis. The corporate entity behind saudipoker.com, and its governing jurisdiction, are placeholders for your counsel to review: to be set by our legal counsel and to be set by our legal counsel. Do not read this paragraph as a legal claim about which law governs; it marks the space reserved for that answer.
Retention and security
Contact correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a short archival period after. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. Access to what we hold is limited to editorial staff who need it. We keep no player funds and no gaming accounts, which shrinks the attack surface considerably, but no website is breach-proof, and we will disclose any incident honestly and quickly.
Third parties
Once you leave this site, you are under the chosen operator's terms and privacy policy, which we do not control and typically cannot see. Hosting, analytics and email service providers process data on our behalf under their own contracts. Their identities sit in the slots above once wired in.
Children
Real-money gaming content on this site is intended for adults, 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If a minor's data reaches us by accident, tell us at contact@saudipoker.com and it will be deleted.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies where you are, you can usually: request access to the personal data we hold about you; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent for newsletters at any time. To exercise any of these, write to contact@saudipoker.com. We aim to answer substantively within 30 days. Where a local authority handles data complaints and applies to us, you have the right to raise one there.
Changes to this privacy policy
Material changes will be announced at the top of this page with the date, and the updated stamp in the header will move. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated text. Past versions are available on request.
